We generally ship the day after an order is placed, but bigger orders may take a little longer to pack because we take pride and care in our packing.

Due to the volumes we send internationally, we have been able to negotiate the best possible rates with both Fedex and DHL. Shipping costs are all automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart according to the total weight of your order and your shipping address. The first kilogram is the most expensive but the cost per kilogram gets lower the heavier the total is (here is a dummy item that you can play with to get a feel for the cost of shipping at different weight points

We recommend that you build a stockpile over a period of time, or combine orders from one or more of my sites in order to get the best possible cost per kilogram in shipping (over 100 kgs is around $7/kg to ship to the USA)

If you would like to build a stock pile over a period of time to take advantage of the fact the the per kilo cost gets lower the heavier the order is, use “airship” as a coupon code. This will generate a “free” shipping option for you and we will calculate the cost of shipping and bill you when you are ready for us to pack and send.

Should customs delays occur, delivery time may be extended. It is beyond our control.

Please bear in mind that shipping service transit times may vary particularly during peak periods, holiday seasons, or postal strikes, again, this is beyond our control.

The cost of shipping is calculated in South African currency via a real time feed from the carriers and then converted into your currency in real time according to the fluctuations in the international currency market. For this reason it is impossible for us to give you an accurate estimate of shipping costs ahead of time.
